The industrial strength electroplated diamond coated sheet is attached to a durable water-retaining foam backing and can be used wet or dry, however for efficiency and longevity of the pads, it is recommended to use them wet. The size of the pads are designed for comfortable hand-held sanding and polishing applications, as they are easy to grip, lightweight and easy to use.
